日本の特許は、ポリエステル布を処理するための仕上げ剤として、トリメトキシシリル置換イソシアヌレート化合物、C 10-30第四級アンモニウム基（第四級アンモニウム基）およびCH 2 Cl2を含むトリメトキシシランの使用を報告している。 100°Cで10分間の熱処理後、生地は優れた抗菌性と耐洗濯性を備えています。有機シリコン第四級アンモニウム塩（第四級アンモニウム塩）は、新しいタイプの陽イオン界面活性剤です。耐熱性、耐洗濯性、長持ち効果があります。幅広い抗菌性を持ち、グラム陽性菌、グラム陰性菌、酵母菌、真菌を効果的に抑制します。 。その殺菌メカニズムは次のとおりです。媒体として有機シリコンを使用すると、殺菌特性を持つアンモニウムカチオン基が細菌の表面に強く吸着され、細菌の細胞壁の透過性が変化し、細菌内の酵素、補酵素、代謝中間体が溢れます。殺菌と静菌の効果を達成するために、微生物の呼吸を止めて死なせます。つまり、「接触死」が発生します。この構造では、RはOCH 3、OC 2 H 5などの活性基であり、加水分解されて容易に架橋されるシラノール基になり、脱水され、布の表面でヒドロキシル基と縮合することができます。共有結合はそれを布の表面に付着させて固定します。有機ケイ素のグラフト重合により、バクテリアを殺して阻害することができる強力な膜が形成されます。このフィルムは、毒性がなく、刺激がなく、人体に無害で、安全で信頼性があります。
Ｒ１は、（ＣＨ２）３ＮＨＣＨ２ＣＨ２、ＣＨ２ＣＯＣＨ２ＣＨ２、ＣＨ２などのような、ヒドロカルビル基、酸素含有または窒素含有基である。 R2は、1〜20個の炭素原子を含むヒドロカルビル基です。 Xは酸ラジカルアニオンです。
