They also serve as excellent finishing covers for furniture like closets, cabinets, bookcases, cupboards, and wardrobes, thanks to their flexible design that can conform to decorative shapes with V-grooves. These panels can be customized by trimming and combining them to achieve your desired interior wood panel design. The standard dimensions for our Flexible V-grooved panel boards are 122 x 244 centimeters.

Packaging for Safety:
To ensure the safety and quality of our products during transportation, we take meticulous care in our packaging process. Our Flexible V-grooved panel boards are bundled in groups of 100 sheets, each of which is meticulously prepared for export. We protect them by wrapping them in transparent waterproof PE film, and additionally safeguard all four sides with protective boards, securely bound using iron bars.
Optimizing Container Space:
Efficiency is a priority in shipping our products, and this starts with maximizing container space. Our panels are loaded into 20-foot containers to make the most of available space. Each container can accommodate up to 1,400 sheets of our Flexible V-grooved panel boards, equivalent to 14 bundles of 100 sheets. It’s important to note that each bundle is substantial and heavy, weighing nearly one metric ton. Therefore, we employ two forklifts in a coordinated effort during the loading process, consisting of a small and a large forklift.
Safe Loading Procedure:
Our loading process involves a careful and coordinated operation of forklifts. First, the small forklift gently transports the boards to the entrance of the container. Subsequently, the large forklift positions itself to lift both the small forklift and the boards into the container, allowing us to efficiently stack the products.
Secure Product Placement:
The safety and integrity of our products during shipping are paramount. To achieve this, we adhere to a specific loading pattern. We load five bundles flat in the front of the container and five in the rear. In addition, we secure two bundles vertically on each side to make optimal use of space. This precise approach to product placement requires a high level of technical expertise, ensuring the safety of the goods during transit.
